
Brad Knight, Regional Manager
Brad joined Agfarm in November 2008 to develop the company's Victorian operations.
Brad’s love for farming and agriculture were firmly entrenched as a child growing up on his family’s mixed farming enterprise in southern New South Wales.
Prior to starting with Agfarm, Brad was involved in a large trading company in risk management and grain acquisition roles. Brad brings in-depth knowledge of local and global grain markets and a real commitment to working for the needs of growers.
Brad has a Bachelor of Agriculture (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. Brad is also PS 146 compliant (2006).
Fabian Devereux, Account Manager
Fabian was born in Manangatang and grew up in Swan Hill, Victoria and currently resides in Bendigo.
Fabian became a butcher after leaving school but, was always very keen to move in to agribusiness, He pursued his desire by working in rural merchandise sales. He then gained an comprehensive knowledge of grain trading and the grain industry as a broker with another brokerage company in Victoria.
Agfarm’s independence appealed to Fabian, as he aims to develop his client base throughout the region, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service, local knowledge and in being respected by both growers and consumers alike.
Michael Phelan, Account Manager
Michael grew up on his family’s mixed farming enterprise at Clear Lake, near Horsham in Western Victoria
He studied commerce, majoring in finance, financial planning and commercial law at Deakin University in Geelong.
Michael worked for Nuseed where he was involved in conducting field trials of conventional, triazine tolerant and roundup ready canola and monola before coming to work at Agfarm in 2011.
Michael decided to work with Agfarm because he wanted to put his education to good use while maintaining connections to farming and country people.
He loves being involved in farming, is a committed football player, enjoys water skiing, motorbike riding and long distance running.
Elizabeth Griffin, Account Manager
Izzi grew up on a 2000 acre sheep and cropping farm in Raywood 30km North of Bendigo and completed a Bachelor of Science (Agribusiness) at Charles Sturt University in Wagga and then went on to complete studies in secondary teaching.
Izzi has worked for a shearing company and other local farming operations around Raywood. She has also worked as a lifeguard and swimming teacher.
Agfarm’s commitment to working hard for growers is what attracted Izzi to the company and her loyalty and dedication to providing the best service to local growers along with her passion for achieving the best result will assist us to continue to extend our services throughout Victoria.
