Rebecca Longworth, Operations Manager

Rebecca joined Agfarm in July 2009 to establish and supervise client services from our new head office.

Rebecca grew up on her family's cotton and grain property in Mungindi in Northern New South Wales and gained an Agricultural Economics degree, majoring in Agribusiness, from the University of New England in Armidale. After graduating she travelled through Europe working in financial and customer service roles.
 
Rebecca has an excellent background in both agronomy and economics, allowing her to develop Agfarm systems and operations to the benefit of staff and clients alike. She has been instrumental in building the framework required to support and implement Agfarm's new products and services.

Lorissa Barrett, Communications Manager

Lorissa is from Sydney and joined Agfarm in May 2009 in a new role to manage the company's communications and marketing.
 
Her background in communications has been vital in expanding Agfarm's publications and media resources and well as strengthening the company's profile in the market.
 
Lorissa also manages Agfarm's events, sponsorship and government liason and has a Bachelor of Art Theory and a Masters in Art Administration from the University of New South Wales' College of Fine Arts.

Elena Kulikova, Accountant

Elena is originally from Moscow and came to Australia in 1998, joining Agfarm in 2010. Elena manages all accounting operations and accounts staff from our head office.
 
She is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University. Elena has worked in accounting in the agricultural industry for many years and was attracted to work for us by Agfarm's continued  growth and expansion.

Marina Panayides, Accounts Officer

Marina is responsible for our accounts and administration as well as customer service, payroll and supporting the management team.
 
Marina is a highly organised and friendly professional with nine years experience in accounts and financial services along with another two years experience in office management.
 
Marina has a Diploma in Accounting and a Certificate in Tourism Sector Service from Sydney TAFE. She is from Sydney and joined Agfarm in April 2010.

Anne Paredes, Human Resources Manager

Anne grew up in Sydney and joined Agfarm in July 2010 in a new role to manage the company's Human Resources function and help Agfarm deliver on its people and performance strategy.
 
Anne has held HR roles in a diverse range of industries including marketing and promotions, IT, hospitality and retail.
 
Anne has an Advanced Diploma in Business, Human Resources from TAFE and has over ten years experience as an HR professional.

Eric Hartono, IT Systems Analyst

Eric grew up in Indonesia and migrated to Sydney in 2006. He has worked in IT web development since 2003 in many varied industries. He has a Masters in Information Technology from Macquarie University as well as certification in Microsoft development (MCPD: ASP.Net Developer 3.5 & MCITP: Applications Developer for Dynamics CRM 4.0).

Eric was impressed with Agfarm's rapid growth and joined the team permanently in 2011 after having worked as a consultant for three years.

Mihailo Bajceta, Programmer/IT Support

Mihailo is originall from Montenegro and completed his Bachelor and Specialist degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Montenegro after which he worked for local government in web development.

After moving to Australia in 2011, Mihailo joined the Agfarm team where he works provides IT and programming support. Mihailo joined the team after being impressed with Agfarm's systems and technological innovation.

Bart Woolley, Business Operations Officer

Bart grew up in Terara in New South Wales where his parents own a nursery and strawberry farm. Bart went on to study a Bachelor of Systems Agriculture at the University of Western Sydney and worked in a number of operations roles as well as running a beef farm before deciding in 2012 to combine operations and agriculture in his newly created role at Agfarm.

Bart is responsible for providing a co-ordinated approach to operational compliance and initiatives across the Agfarm business. He is focused on establishing collective processes that drive efficiency and productivity.
